By accessing or using this website and its photo galleries, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Copyright & Ownership
All photographs and content displayed on this website and within client galleries are the exclusive property of Hyatt Photography Collective, LLC and are protected under U.S. copyright laws.
No images may be copied, reproduced, modified, sold, published, or distributed without prior written permission, except as expressly permitted below.
2. Client Usage License
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only for any images they are permitted to download.
Personal use includes:
Printing for personal display
Sharing on personal social media accounts
Personal use does NOT include:
Commercial use of any kind
Advertising or promotional use
Resale or redistribution
Submission to contests, publications, or stock platforms
Use in connection with AI training or machine learning
Commercial use requires a separate written agreement.
3. Image Alteration & Credit
Clients may not:
Alter images beyond basic cropping
Apply filters or edits that significantly change the image
Remove watermarks (if present)
When sharing images on social media, credit is appreciated but not required unless otherwise agreed.
4. Gallery Access & Availability
Online galleries are delivered via Pixieset and may be password-protected.
Galleries remain available for 30 days from delivery unless otherwise stated. After expiration, galleries may be removed without notice. Extensions may be requested but are not guaranteed.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use this website or its content for any unlawful, defamatory, or abusive purpose, or in any way that infringes upon the rights of others.
6. Limitation of Liability
Hyatt Photography Collective, LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or its content.
7. Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
